Farm tours
We get several calls each month from folks who want to visit the farm. Unfortunately, schedules are not conducive to tours very often. Drop us an email and we will let you know when the next open farm weekend is scheduled. We usually try twice a year to let everyone see these wonderful creatures.

Cas-Cad-Nac Farm is a fully diversified alpaca operation and breeds elite caliber alpacas. Jen came to our farm to help us evaluate our herd and guide us as we move forward with our breeding program. The information that she shared was both educational and informative. Thank you Jennifer for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Selective, purposeful alpaca breeding
Raising alpacas is both fun and rewarding, but choosing the right foundation to begin your herd can be quite confusing. Alpaca prices can vary widely, and for no apparent reason. Many alpaca breeders value their alpacas based on show winnings and a judges comments. Although this may be a part of the value determination, we believe the true value lies in the genotype and you should consider all the sources available. Selective, purposeful breeding is our goal at King and Prince Alpaca Farm. It may take us some time to get there, but what's the rush?

The Alpaca's New Ride
Today we picked up our alpaca's new ride. Palomo was a bit bummed since we didn't pimp the rims. The girls were quite happy with the AC and on board water tanks. We are excited about having a quality, dependable 4 Star trailer to carry our precious cargo.

As new alpaca owners we have had the opportunity to both meet and do business with some really genuine people. While there are many ranches in our area, they are not all the same. Where to board our herd?
We knew we could not have a herd of alpacas in the Woodlands, although I asked several times. We had visited several farms in the Navasota area and gathered information from all of them. We made it clear that our intent was to be hands on and we wanted to be active in the lives of our herd. We chose Rancho Inca Alpaca Ranch to board our animals and we are very happy with our decison. Bill and Mario treat our herd as their own and there's never any question they get plenty of care and attention.
